Hey everyone!
Incubus Forum is proud to announce our "Most Posts" contest! With much anticipation, Incubus Forum has launched and since we're so proud of this accomplishment, we thought we'd hold a contest.
GUIDELINES:
- Contest starts NOW and ends August 1st, 2007.
- Poster we has the most posts here at Incubus Forum will be given 2 free tickets to any Incubus concert of there choice (up to $100)!
- Go ahead and register on the forum here and start posting about your favorite band... INCUBUS!
RULES:
- Any posts that consist of spam will be deleted and will no count towards the contest.
- Posts with one word answers will also be deleted, as this looks like your trying to inflate your post count.
Tickets will be mailed to the winner once they've chosen what Incubus concert they'd like to attend!

Indeed. As you can see already, I'm trying to boost this forum up while participating as well. I think this is a great way to make a good forum in a short amount of time. Especially with such a great incentive.

I really really really want to go to the INCUBUS CONCERT IN MO!!!!
I've missed the last 2 concerts
The first show I went to:
We were waiting in line to get to the gates at RIVERPORT all of a sudden a old friend of mine falls down and had a seizure (wearing 2 t-shirts and jeans in 100 degree weather) FREAKED OUT my other friend and I rushed to the FIRST AID booth
comes to find out....HE HAD A SHROOM OD!!!!!!!!
o- but that wasn't the first time he fell that day
after the 3rd time we had to all leave b/c of his punk @$$. (AND THAT WAS THE SHORT STORY OF THAT DAY)
The second show:
I was dating this "o so wonderful" guy
and he knew Incubus was my ALL TIME FAVORITE BAND
so he got tickets for the show
the DAY OF I called him up to ask when he was going to pick me up
"I'll call you after I get out of the shower," he said
3 hours passed and the show was gonna start soon so I called agian to ask when we were gonna leave
"I can't find the tickets and I dont have any $$ to get new ones"
NEED I SAY MORE?
WHATA JERK!!!!!!
It would be the #1 moment of my life if I got to see Incubus play this year
It killed me to miss them not once but twice
PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

I want to thank you all for joining in on the competition! This should be a fun one and I hope the winner takes LOTS and LOTS of pictures of the concert they go to and post them here!

Question:
If we win the tickets, how will you get them? Do you have reserved tickets, maybe? Because if the contest doesn't end till August, and we have to tell you the show we selected, won't all the tickets be sold out? Or bad seating, at best?
Not to be negative, just wondering!

I don't take it negatively at all!
It's going to be completely up the winner what they do. If they pick a show that is on August 2nd, I'll do my best to get tickets. Since the winner could be anywhere in the WORLD, it's kinda hard to reserve seats, not knowing where to purchase them.
As soon as the winner picks the concert of their choice, I'll purchase the best seats possible, staying within the guidelines.

Ah yes, thanks, I was wondering this too. Any Incubus concert would be magical, but it would be much more beneficial to have close seats. I'd probably pick a show that was General Admission, had just gone on sale, or is going on sale soon.

DTE is close to selling out, They're on the second to last row of seating, then they have lawn tickets. I'm pretty sure the last row probably wont sell out because more people would rather pay a little less for the lawn seats and be pretty much just as far.

both of the greek theater shows in la are sold out. so it the berkely show. also irvine only has lawn seats available and they just went on sale on saturday.

ive never been to an incubus concert before
or really any other good one
the last concert i went to was the aaron carter concert lol because im 15 years old
so this would be amazing if i won this concert and would be a dream come true
ive never been this into a band since the backstreet boys?? haha
but if i won i would deffinitley scream my lungs out and go call a friend to go with me
it would be a moment to remember
i just hope this contest is real and i win, it would be the best!

haha i agree bassgirl, brandon is a plus, but the music is what really puts that smile on my face. Had a chemistry test, did not hesitate to trun on Dig, maybe Incubus could help me dig something out, but its always great music to destress me.
